Prominent flavors of Blackberry, Cassis, and Black Currant with distinct notes of baking spices and herbs. Medium-full-bodied with a well-integrated tannic presence. Extremely smooth and polished palate and finish. More finesse than power in this vintage, it will be especially enjoyed by people who appreciate classic Bordeaux wines. Very enjoyable now but will continue to evolve for several years. Enjoy with hearty dishes and high-quality steak on the grill.
