Sparkling Rosé
To craft our Sparkling Rosé, we use a combination of direct pressing and saignée, which means to bleed off a portion of red wine juice after it has been in contact with the grape skins. On the palate, you will experience aromas of red fruit, strawberries, and sour cherries followed by notes of freshly baked bread with a pleasant salinity. We consider this wine to be a wonderful option for summertime picnics as it complements light cheeses, charcuterie, sandwiches, and desserts.
