Blanc de Blancs '18

This wine represents the next step in complexity with respect to our other sparkling wines. A blend of 50% Chardonnay and Chardonel, our 2018 Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine produced using the Traditional Method. Aged over three years on its fine lees, the wine shows the hallmark fine bubbles and bready, brioche-like notes of a sparkling wine that has gone through extended aging. The natural carbonation highlights the bright acidity of fruit picked early in the growing season, as these grapes were. This wine pairs very well with all types of seafood, with shellfish being a classic pairing. The perfect wine for any celebration. Drink now through 2028.
